1. In what direction did art turn to after the nazi's took political power during WWII and what did they think of art from the weimar republic?
2. How is german art from the weimar republic interpreted by germans today in the general public? Do they have any particular feelings towards it or are they ambivalent? Are the associated themes still seen today?
